I'm a M.D. who had three prior hair replacements at a famous Southfield clinic. Dr Berkowitz performed Neograft six months ago. I am pleasantly surprised by now comfortable the procedure was and how amazing my hair looks now. This Neograft concept really is a technological step up and the Doctor and Staff at Accents/Michigan Hair Restoration are compassionate and first rate professionals.

- I needed to prepare for my coming wedding next year and decided to get a cellulite and botox treatment. I was pleased by the personnel here they were all very professional, explained the process I would go through, how to take care after the process. They have the best plastic surgeon who is eager to explain alternatives.

I have been periodically going to Accents since somewhere around 2000. Because I had been through years of heartbreak and tragedy, including losing my mother and my oldest son, and separating from my husband of 20 years all the while having cared for him during years of illness, and working full time, I was definitely feeling the effects of the stress, and it showed the most on my face. After consulting with Dr. Berkowitz, we decided that I could use an upper and lower eyelid lift, lasering of the forehead, and Botox. The improvement was immediate and kept improving as the healing process continued. As I mentioned, I have been a patient on and off up until today, the most recent process being Coolsculpting which also has shown an immediate improvement in my tummy. Dr. Berkowitz is very concerned with the satisfaction of his patients and is willing to consult with you if you have any concerns or questions about the
procedure(s) you have had or are thinking of having. Additionally, his staff is friendly and fun to be around. I am now 74, and I have been taken frequently for a much-younger woman, even as much as one in her 50s, thanks to Dr. Berkowitz at Accents.- Chelsea W.

I had received a chemical peel to help clear up my skin and it did wonders! The aesthetician was polite and friendly in every way possible. I had eyelid surgery and am so pleased with the results! My upper eyelids felt heavy and had a lot of extra skin. Due to the excess skin on my upper lids my eye makeup would go unnoticed so I stopped wearing it. I had bags and puffiness under my eyes along with dark circles. After my surgery the puffiness was gone. I was able to see the makeup on my lids. I looked well rested and not tired all the time. Friends kept telling me how much better I looked. When I first walked into Accents, I could tell Dr Berkowitz has created a calm, inviting space. I had received a spa gift certificates for a facial. I had no idea what to expect. The person who gave me the certificate said I would leave feeling very relaxed.
Not only did I leave feeling relaxed, it was a relaxing one hour neck and face massage, also targeting some skin concerns I had been having. Since then, I now exclusively get all my make-up from Accents. I have had Botox for my brow area, Restylane for my lips, Laser hair removal for my under arm area, and I look forward to protecting my skin throughout the years with the information that Dr Berkowitz and his great staff provide.
Dr. Berkowitz performed my injections, and was very attentive to every concern I had before and after the procedures. I recommend him to my family and friends. Every time I go in they are offering new procedures! It's great to know that if there is something new out there Dr Berkowitz has probably already heard about it!

Dr. Berkowitz did my face lift, upper and lower eye lid surgery, and full face mixto.
I not only look younger but feel younger. I have seen other people surgeries and I am so happy that I went to the BEST surgeon. My surgery was done in a fully accredited surgery center. The Team that works with Dr. Berkowitz is the greatest.
